Waterford transition year students complete TY Media Week at Beat 102-103
Earlier this month, Rokas Andriusaitis from St. Paul's Community College, Caoimhe O'Neill from Ardscoil na Mara, Kate Galvin from St Declan’s Community College, Oisín Langford from De La Salle College and Eva Finan from St. Angela's Ursuline Secondary School successfully completed TY Media week at regional radio station Beat 102-103. After marking its 20th birthday this summer, regional radio station Beat 102-103 is motoring into a new decade with a brand-new product offering. This is the first time a regional, youth music radio station in Ireland has invested in an Outside Broadcast Unit. Beat retains record-breaking audience size in latest JNLR Report
Youth-focused regional radio station Beat 102-103 has successfully retained* its record-breaking daily audience size on the back of a positive day for Irish radio. In May of this year, it was revealed that 101,000 people tune into Beat every day – the first time in the station’s 20-year history that daily listenership exceeded the much-coveted 100,000 mark.
